Shailene Woodley

  Shailene Diann, born on November 15th, 1991, is an American actress. Woodley was born in San Bernardino in California. She grew up in Simi valley, and started modeling at the age of four. Woodley then started acting professionally, mainly in small TV roles. Her role as the lead in The Secret Life of the American Teenager (2008), in which she was Amy Juergens, an ABC Family show for teens, was her first big success. In the following years, she was a part in The Descendants (2011) as in The Spectacular Now (2013). She was nominated for her debut Golden Globe Award.
